This is an effective remedy, especially when applied at bedtime.

You can make a hole in a ripe tomato and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into this hole. Apply this tomato pulp on the black spots. This can be done just before you have your bath. The tomato pulp can be allowed to dry before it is washed off. You can also extract the pulp of half a ripe tomato and apply this on the black spots.

The pulp of half a tomato, mixed with two tablespoons of oatmeal and a few drops of lemon juice can be mixed well to make a thick paste. This, when applied on the black spots, can help lighten them.

In addition to these external remedies you should take to ensure that you are not constipated. For this it is necessary to eat a fiber rich diet. Eat all kinds of vegetables, especially green leafy ones. Fruits too can be consumed regularly to ensure that you have a healthy and glowing skin. Avoid rich and spicy food and take plenty of physical exercise. Drink warm water through the day, if you have a tendency to constipation.
